Cancellation Policy
While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 707-964-5994. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.
Refund Policy
Nightly/Weekly Reservations – We offer full refunds with a $20 service charge for reservations canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before arrival.
Monthly Reservations – We offer full refunds with a $50 service charge for reservations canceled 7 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued if the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival.
Campers who don’t call or show for their reservation will be canceled without a refund of their deposit.
No refunds due to weather or early departure.
Early and Late Arrivals
It’s strongly suggested guests do not arrive before their check-in time. as there may be a wait before the reserved site becomes available. All sites are assigned in advance, and you will not be permitted to take an “open site” if arriving prior to check-in. Early arriving guests are encouraged to call prior to check on availability.
Guests arriving after our office closing time must stop at the main office and pick up a packet with instructions for late check in. If you’re having trouble with site hookups or other maintenance issues after our office closes, please report them after the office opens the following morning. We do not perform maintenance repairs at night. Late arrivals will be charged our regular nightly rate regardless of arrival time.
LEGALITIES
Fort Bragg Leisure Time assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, loss or damage to the property of its guests. Please remember to lock up personal items if left unattended. Any damage done to any of the RV resort property will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.
Fort Bragg Leisure Time has a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language, or rudeness toward any staff member or guest. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
Rates are subject to change at any time.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Your signature on the check-in form acknowledges your agreement to the above rules.
